Don Francis
SERENA LIM
Serena Lim is one of the founders, and head coaches of Frias Fight Team. She is an extremely passionate coach with a keen eye for detail. She has been involved in Muay Thai for over 8 years and has fought amateur as well, as professionally, most recently winning via 1st round KO in the famous Bangla stadium in Patong, Thailand.
Ashley Jones
MARK FRIAS
Coach Mark has been involved with martial arts for over 14 years, and began competing in martial arts in 2009. Mark has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to combat sports and loves sharing the sport of Muay Thai. He has fought in countless tournaments, competed locally in amateur Muay Thai, and has trained and fought professionally in Phuket Thailand as well.
